NOSE: Loud coriander, surpassing to elderflowers attempts to sweeten nose and finishing with warm citrus note.
PALATE: Juniper is present throughout, but never dominant, rather it supports the whole flavour journey, leaving mouth oscillating wildly between the pine and citrus. This is a classic gin with a nice and emotional side of a love story, full of details for imagination.
